Operational information
We store prompts and responses to provide conversation history. A random guest cookie or the authenticated account identifier links each conversation to its owner. Avoid submitting sensitive information you do not need to share.
No hidden training
Model-training consent and research/evaluation consent are separate, optional and off by default. Consent is not required to use the Lab. There is no automatic training or research export pipeline in this release. Withdrawal prevents future use; contact us about any earlier processing.
Usage and security
We maintain quota counters and technical request records, including mode, provider, status and latency. IP addresses are hashed with a daily date component for network-level abuse limits; raw IPs are not stored by this application. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own security logs. Optional analytics consent is separate from essential security records.
Retention and deletion
Conversation content defaults to 30 days of retention. Expired conversations are removed during subsequent Lab requests; administrators can also delete an individual user’s operational content. You can delete your history from Your data & preferences. Quota counters remain until their short retention period expires.
AI providers
The current demonstration provider returns prepared examples. When a live provider is configured, the submitted conversation context is sent to that provider to generate a response. The provider’s retention terms and processing locations must be reviewed before public launch. API credentials remain on the server.
Contact requests
Information submitted through the contact form is stored so Rise Tech can respond to the enquiry. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact us to request correction or deletion.
Your control
Use Your data & preferences to review consent or delete history. Authentication on this Sites release uses the hosting platform. Separate email, Google and Microsoft sign-in are not yet enabled.
